After lots of enquiries we are now happy to offer exclusive one on one workshops for these three designs, if there is anything specific you would like to learn about please do send us a message. We can accept group bookings upto a maximum of 4 and the price will be reduced slightly.

All workshops include all materials, including the actual cake, which will be vanilla cake, and buttercream to complete the projects, lunch, tea and coffee and of course a slice of cake will also be provided. At the moment we are offering a Free sugar shoe with both the handbag cakes. You will also get a full instruction pack together with templates so you can recreate this time and time again. On receipt of your voucher you will get a follow up email to arrange a mutually convenient time to come to the workshops. Workshops will run from 10am - 3pm Weekdays and 11am - 4pm on certain Saturdays. All workshops will be held in Camberley, Surrey.

2 DAY ONE ON ONE FOUNDATION COURSE - £315.00 or 3 DAY ONE ON ONE FOUNDATION COURSE - £415.00
This course will teach you how to make ganache, how to stack and level a cake and how to coat and build up layers in ganache to give you a professional finish to your cakes, you will also learn how to create buds, some fillers flowers, beautiful roses, and open peony to adorn your cake, you will be taught how to cover a cake board and how to cover in fondant to get a lovely professional finish. You will also be taught some tricks of the trades to hide any tears, or cracks in your fondant. Taught how to use royal icing as glue and how to safely put wired flowers into a cake and how to create a floral display on your cake. A light lunch, soft drinks and tea and coffee will be provided.
