Operating Hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday
10:30am - 4:30pm
Saturdays
11.00am - 1:00pm
Sunday
Closed
The best way to contact us is via email or text, or leave a message and we will do our best to reply back within 3 working days. If you decide to email us we are available any time and any day of the week as we pick these up daily. Also, if you call and we don't answer, please leave a message it usually means we are working on cakes and can't stop what we are doing thank you
COLLECTION TIMES
Will be mutually agreed at time of placing order
Sundays
no collection unless otherwise agreed
Cakes and Wedding Consultations we would be most grateful if you could keep you collection/appointment times and if you are running late (ie such as an hour plus late) to have the courtesy to advice us of such, this enables us to plan our day, anything later than an hour unless we have been adviced we cannot guarantee your slot. Please remember we are running a business and the time wasted waiting isn't acceptable as it stops us carrying on with our work commitments and family life - We would also be grateful if possible that consultations are kept to a maxmimum of two people as it makes it difficult to concentrate when there is a multiple of people, but we do understand sometimes this isnt possible.
