The cake arrived brilliantly in one piece. Such a funny journey up - I got paranoid half way along the A55 after having turned a corner very quickly so stopped on the hard shoulder to check it was ok!! The worst bit was driving up the road to the hotel which had the most enormous speed bumps in the whole history of the world! The comments about the cake were amazing - from the staff and from our families. Today, Martin and I have taken the remainder into work and people are really enjoying trying to work out which ‘tier’ their piece is from. Upsey Daisy Cake - Well what can I say, the cake went down a treat. Everyone was truly stunned at how beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. It was a massive talking point at the party and not only did our daughter love it, my son kept walking up to it singing the upsey daisy song haha. Thank you again so so much. Pink Floral Wedding Cake - I would just like to thank you so much for the beautiful wedding cake that you made for us! It was certainly a talking point at our wedding with the intricate detail of your sugar craft flowers and everybody thought the cake tasted yummy. The cake was everything I had hoped for and more. We had a small amount of the cherry and ameretto cake left after the wedding which I took back home and put in the freezer and we finished eating it last week. It froze really well and tasted just as good when it was defrosted. All the flavours were good - my personal favourite was the gingerbread. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone and hope I get the opportunity to request you services again myself in the future if we have another occasion to celebrate something.

She was so speechless and overwhelmed, she just cried! Oh it was so emotional. She absolutely adores your cake and refuses to cut into it. We had to spend about half an hour carefully slicing off the top layer so it could be put into a box. The cake itself was heavenly - it really was a lovely yummy cake, the best I’ve tasted in a long time. We all had a second slice so there’s only half left now. Sonice the Hedgehog Cake - it was everything he had asked for and more! Generally with egg free cakes the consistency isn't great but this cake was light, fluffy and very moist better than many egg based cakes I have tasted. I received numerous calls from parents after the party commenting on how tasty the cake was. Highly recommend this service and we will be back next year with another design to challenge Nina who we are sure will deliver! Helena x 2011
