Just to note I am able to produce allergy free cakes, ie nuts or egg I make every effort to sterlise ALL EQUIPMENT I use before I start a project, but I cannot guarantee a nut free or egg free environment, also with regards to ingredients I am only guided by what the manufacturers states on packaging particularly with reference to chocolate I use.
I can also produce low-sugar cakes for diabetics
