We use Chocolate Ganache to coat all our celebration cake in the summer months as its more stable than buttercream, but a rich buttercream is used in the winter months
We can create rainbow and tie dye cakes.
Please note though we offer Black Forest, Tiramisu and Banofee Pie flavours this is an interpretation of the true desserts otherwise they would be too wet and sticky to be suitable for cakes
We do not believe in being mean with cake, hence Cakes by Nina Cakes are taller than the average cake maker which enables you to get more per slice.

Buttercream to compliment your sponge can be any of the following:
Lemon - Mint - Chocolate - Vanilla - Almond - Raspberry - Strawberry - Coffee - Caramel, Coconut, Custard, Baileys, peanut butter
We use a gorgeous raspberry compote with all our vanilla cakes
Rainbow cakes are an additional charge to make due to how time consuming they are to make they also contain artificial colourings to get the vibrant colours we are not responsible for any side effects this may cause
If you are after a dessert serving wedding cakes please ask about our rich chocolate cake which is layered with a rich ganache together with a scrummy buttercream, this goes excellent with a serving of sorbet or ice cream
